بیانیه رسمی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی ایران در محکومیت نقض فاحش حقوق بین‌الملل و جنایات رژیم صهیونیستی در حمله به ایران و علیه زیرساخت‌های غیرنظامی و مردم بی‌گناه
به: سازمان ملل متحد، سازمان جهانی بهداشت (WHO)، شورای حقوق بشر، یونیسف و نهادهای بین‌المللی مرتبط
موضوع: محکومیت شدید نقض قوانین بین‌المللی و حملات عمدی به زیرساخت‌های غیرنظامی و غیرنظامیان

ما اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی ایران، با درک عمیق‌ترین احساسات انسانی و مسئولیت حرفه‌ای، جنایات اخیر رژیم صهیونیستی را که شامل حمله به ایران و نقض فاحش قوانین بین‌المللی و حملات عمدی به زیرساخت‌های غیرنظامی و مردم بی‌گناه بوده است، به شدیدترین شکل ممکن محکوم می‌نماییم.
این رژیم اشغالگر بار دیگر با نقض آشکار کنوانسیون‌های ژنو (۱۹۴۹) و پروتکل‌های الحاقی آن، منشور سازمان ملل متحد، قوانین بین‌المللی بشردوستانه و اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر مرتکب جنایاتی شده است که جامعه جهانی نمی‌تواند در برابر آن سکوت کند.
شاهد بوده‌ایم که هم در گذشته و هم در تهاجم اخیر به کشورمان ایران این رژیم:
۱. به عمد به زیرساخت‌های حیاتی غیرنظامی از جمله مراکز درمانی و بیمارستان‌ها، مراکز آموزشی و دانشگاهی، تأسیسات آب و برق، مراکز مسکونی و اماکن عمومی حمله کرده است.
۲. با هدف قرار دادن غیرنظامیان، به ویژه کودکان، زنان، افراد مسن و بیماران، مرتکب جنایت جنگی شده است.
۳. با تخریب عمدی زیرساخت‌های بهداشتی و درمانی مانع دسترسی مردم به خدمات پزشکی شده، شرایط را برای بروز بحران‌های انسانی فراهم کرده و در نهایت سلامت عمومی را به مخاطره انداخته است.
ما به عنوان جامعه علمی و پزشکی کشور این اقدامات را نقض فاحش تمام موازین بین‌المللی می‌دانیم و خواستار محاکمه عاملان این جنایات در دادگاه‌های بین‌المللی هستیم. از سازمان جهانی بهداشت می‌خواهیم فوراً یک کمیسیون تحقیق مستقل تشکیل دهد و گزارش جامعی از این جنایات تهیه نماید.
ما از تمام نهادهای بین‌المللی می‌خواهیم:
۱. تحریم‌های فوری و همه‌جانبه علیه این رژیم اعمال کنند.
۲. همکاری‌های علمی و پزشکی با نهادهای وابسته به این رژیم را متوقف نمایند.
۳. از عضویت این رژیم در نهادهای بین‌المللی علمی و پزشکی جلوگیری کنند.
جامعه پزشکی ایران آماده است کمک‌های انسان‌دوستانه به آسیب‌دیدگان ارائه دهد و مدارک و شواهد این جنایات را جمع‌آوری و مستند کند و در هر گونه اقدام بین‌المللی برای محاکمه جنایتکاران مشارکت فعال داشته باشد.

Official Statement by Iranian Medical Sciences Universities Condemning the Brutal Violations of International Law and Crimes Committed by the Zionist Regime in Attacks Against Iran and Its Civilian Infrastructure and Innocent Population
To: The United Nations, The World Health Organization (WHO), The United Nations Human Rights Council, UNICEF, and other relevant international bodies,
Subject: Strong Condemnation of Violations of International Law and Deliberate Attacks on Civilian Infrastructure and Non-Combatants
With utmost respect,
We, the undersigned faculty members of the medical sciences universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, express our deepest concern and strongest condemnation of the recent acts of aggression by the Zionist regime, including its attack on the Islamic Republic of Iran, which constitute flagrant violations of international law and deliberate assaults on civilian infrastructure and innocent populations.
Once again, this occupying regime has blatantly violated the Geneva Conventions of ۱۹۴۹ and their Additional Protocols, the Charter of the United Nations, international humanitarian law, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. These actions represent crimes that the international community must not overlook.
We have witnessed that both in past aggressions and in the recent assault against our country, this regime has:
۱. Intentionally targeted vital civilian infrastructure, including healthcare centers and hospitals, educational institutions and universities, water and power facilities, residential areas, and public spaces;
۲. Committed war crimes by deliberately attacking non-combatants, particularly children, women, the elderly, and the sick;
۳. Obstructed access to medical care by deliberately destroying healthcare infrastructure, fostering humanitarian crises, and endangering public health.
As members of Iran’s medical and academic community, we regard these actions as egregious violations of all established international norms and laws. We call for prosecuting those responsible for these crimes in competent international courts of justice.
We urge the World Health Organization to urgently establish an independent commission of inquiry to investigate these crimes and produce a comprehensive report for the global community.
Furthermore, we call upon all international bodies to:
۱. Impose immediate and comprehensive sanctions against the regime above;
۲. Suspend all scientific and medical cooperation with institutions affiliated with this regime;
۳. Bar the regime’s participation and membership in international scientific and medical organizations.
The Iranian medical sciences community stands ready to provide humanitarian assistance to those affected, collect and document evidence of these crimes, and actively participate in all international legal proceedings to hold the perpetrators accountable.
