ما جمعی از متقاضیان ایرانی مهاجرت به عمان و امارات، نسبت به روند بررسی مدارک توسط نهاد دیتافلو (DataFlow Group) اعتراض داریم.
متأسفانه این نهاد در بررسی پرونده‌های ما تأخیرهای طولانی و سخت‌گیری‌های غیرمعمول اعمال می‌کند، در حالی که بسیاری از تأییدیه‌های رسمی از مراجع قانونی ایران دریافت و ارسال شده است. این روند موجب مشکلات جدی از جمله:
از دست رفتن فرصت‌های شغلی و تحصیلی
اتلاف زمان و هزینه‌های سنگین
فشار روحی و روانی بر متقاضیان
ادامه چنین شرایطی نه‌تنها باعث بی‌اعتمادی و دلسردی متقاضیان می‌شود، بلکه بسیاری را از اقدام برای ثبت درخواست در دیتافلو منصرف خواهد کرد و آنان را به انتخاب مسیرهای دیگر برای مهاجرت سوق می‌دهد.
ما از نهاد دیتافلو درخواست داریم:
۱. روند بررسی پرونده‌ها را تسریع بخشد.
۲. معیارها و رویه‌های خود را شفاف‌تر اعلام کند.
۳. با رعایت عدالت و انصاف، از اعمال سخت‌گیری‌های غیرضروری پرهیز نماید.
با امضای این کارزار، خواستار روندی سریع‌تر، شفاف‌تر و عادلانه‌تر در بررسی مدارک توسط دیتافلو هستیم.
Petition for Improving the Verification Process at DataFlow
We, a group of Iranian applicants for migration to Oman and the UAE, are raising our concerns regarding the current process of document verification by DataFlow Group.
Unfortunately, this organization has imposed unusually long delays and excessive requirements in reviewing our files, despite the fact that many official attestations have already been provided and verified by relevant authorities in Iran. This has led to serious challenges, including:
Loss of valuable job and educational opportunities
Significant waste of time and financial resources
Considerable psychological and emotional stress on applicants
If such lengthy and difficult procedures continue, it is natural that many applicants will be discouraged from applying through DataFlow and instead seek alternative pathways for migration.
Therefore, we respectfully call on DataFlow Group to:
Expedite the review process of applications
Clearly communicate its criteria and procedures
Ensure fairness and avoid unnecessary strictness in its operations
By signing this petition, we urge DataFlow to make the verification process faster, more transparent, and more equitable.
