دبیرکل محترم کمیسیون ملی یونسکو در ایران
سلام و احترام؛
ما مردم ایران با نگرانی و اعتراض شدید نسبت به ثبت سمنو به نام تاجیکستان و ثبت هنر مینیاتور استاد کمالالدین بهزاد به نام افغانستان، از سازمان یونسکو درخواست تجدیدنظر داریم. این آثار بخشی جداییناپذیر از میراث فرهنگی ایران هستند و ثبت آنها به نام دیگر کشورها، موجب نادیده گرفتن اصالت تاریخی و فرهنگی ملت ایران میشود.
متأسفانه سازمان میراث فرهنگی کشور ما در این زمینه کوتاهی کرده و اهمیت لازم را به این موضوع نداده است. ما مردم ایران خواهان آن هستیم که فرصت ثبت میراث فرهنگی خود را داشته باشیم و صدایمان در این روند شنیده شود. تاراج میراث فرهنگی ما نه تنها بیعدالتی است، بلکه ضربهای به هویت تاریخی و ملی ما محسوب میشود.
از یونسکو انتظار داریم که با دقت و انصاف، این ثبتها را مورد بازنگری قرار دهد و حقوق ملت ایران را در حفظ و معرفی میراث فرهنگی خود به رسمیت بشناسد.
We, the people of Iran, strongly protest against the registration of Samanu in the name of Tajikistan and the miniature art of Master Kamal-ol-Molk Behzad in the name of Afghanistan. These works are inseparable parts of Iran’s cultural heritage, and registering them under other countries disregards the historical and cultural authenticity of the Iranian nation.
Unfortunately, our national cultural heritage organization has been negligent and has not given this matter the necessary attention. We, the people of Iran, demand the opportunity to register our own cultural heritage and to have our voices heard in this process. The plundering of our cultural heritage is not only unjust but also a blow to our historical and national identity.
We expect UNESCO to carefully and fairly reconsider these registrations and to recognize the rights of the Iranian people in preserving and presenting their cultural heritage.
