ما امضاکنندگان این کارزار، با ابراز انزجار و نگرانی عمیق از حادثه مدرسه میناب و حملات مرگبار اخیر به مدارس و مراکز آموزشی که منجر به کشته و زخمیشدن تعداد زیادی از کودکان دبستان شجره طیبه میناب شده است، از جامعه جهانی و مقامات مسئول در سازمان ملل، شورای امنیت و نهادهای حقوق بشری میخواهیم که:
- تحقیقات فوری: درباره تمامی حملات به مدارس و مراکز آموزشی که منجر به نقض حقوق بشر و جنایات جنگی شده، تحقیقاتی جامع و بیطرفانه صورت گیرد.
- مجازات عاملان: عاملان و مسئولان این جنایات جنگی، فارغ از جایگاه و ملیتشان، به طور قاطع محکوم شده و طبق قوانین بینالمللی مورد پیگرد قانونی قرار گیرند.
- حفاظت از کودکان و مدارس: سازوکارهای مؤثر و ضمانت اجرایی برای حفاظت از جان کودکان، مدارس و مراکز آموزشی در مناطق درگیری تدوین و اجرا شود.
- پایان دادن به بیتفاوتی: جامعه جهانی باید نسبت به نقض آشکار حقوق بینالملل بشردوستانه و جنایات جنگی علیه غیرنظامیان، بهویژه کودکان، بیتفاوت نباشد و اقدامات عملی و مؤثر انجام دهد.
- جبران خسارت: حقوق قربانیان و خانوادههای آنان برای دریافت غرامت و جبران خسارتهای وارده، به رسمیت شناخته شود.
ما باور داریم که حمله به مدرسه، حمله به آینده و امید یک جامعه است و تأکید بر حقوق کودکان، جلوگیری از تکرار جنایات و حفظ کرامت انسانی، وظیفه همگان است. از مقامات مسئول میخواهیم صدای ما را شنیده و اقدامات لازم را برای تحقق عدالت و جلوگیری از تکرار این فجایع، به عمل آورند.
We, the undersigned of this petition, with deep outrage and concern over the recent deadly attacks on schools and educational centers, which have resulted in the death and injury of numerous children of Shajareh-e-Teyyebeh Minab primary school, call upon the global community and responsible authorities in the United Nations, the Security Council, specific countries, and human rights organizations to
Urgent Investigation: Conduct a comprehensive and impartial investigation into all attacks on schools and educational centers that constitute violations of human rights and war crimes
Punishment of Perpetrators: Hold accountable and prosecute, in accordance with international law, all perpetrators and responsible parties for these war crimes, regardless of their position or nationality
Protection of Children and Schools: Develop and implement effective mechanisms with enforcement guarantees for the protection of the lives of children, schools, and educational centers in conflict zones
Ending Indifference: The international community must not remain indifferent to gross violations of international humanitarian law and war crimes committed against civilians, especially children, and must take practical and effective actions
Reparation for Victims: Recognize the rights of victims and their families to receive compensation and reparation for the damages incurred
We believe that an attack on a school is an attack on the future and hope of a society. Emphasizing children’s rights, preventing the recurrence of atrocities, and upholding human dignity are the responsibilities of all. We urge the responsible authorities to hear our voices and take the necessary actions to achieve justice and prevent the recurrence of these tragedies
